“White Glove” Print Management Program

Our signature managed print services’ program provides “White Glove” full printer support; including toner, toner management, preventative maintenance, parts and labor, as well as remote print management on a Cost Per Page (CPP) basis – all on one monthly invoice. We deliver, install and recycle your toner cartridges. With each cartridge install, our technician performs a preventative maintenance cleaning and evaluation. Potential issues are identified and fixed before they become a problem, proactively lessening downtime. We also provide loaner systems when necessary and, with our exclusive “fix-it or replace-it guarantee”* you can rest assured you won’t be down long. Through remote management we can provide visibility to total cost of ownership and can provide strategic recommendations and solutions to optimize your print environment through a combination of balanced redeployment of existing print devices, consolidation, and refreshing obsolete printers at our aggressive pricing.

“Partnership” Print Management Program

The “Partnership” print management program is designed to take the burden off managing your printer fleet. The program includes full printer support; including toner, parts and labor, as well as remote print management. A technician will closely monitor your closet inventory; ensuring stock levels and removing and recycling empties. This ensures the correct cartridges are on-hand for each machine well in advance of need. The end user will be responsible for installing toner cartridges. On an monthly basis, our technician will perform preventative maintenance cleaning on all printers. With this efficient program, you pay only for the supplies you use, eliminating wasted and obsolete consumables.

Toner Service Program

We feel that our toner service program will meet and exceed your printing needs. The program includes toner, toner installation, as well as preventive maintenance. With each cartridge install, our technician performs a cleaning and evaluation. Potential issues are identified and fixed before they become a problem, proactively lessening downtime. We offer OEM toner and supplies for all makes and models of printers, and compatible toner for a variety of makes and models. In addition, we offer secure printing from mobile devices, secure faxing, secure scanning and other leading edge print software solutions.

“PrintDOME” Print Management Program

The “PrintDOME” program provides full printer coverage; including toner, parts and labor, annual preventative maintenance cleanings, as well as remote print management. You leave it all to our “Document Output Management Experts.” We proactively drop-ship or deliver cartridges based on alerts from the remote monitoring software. The end-user is responsible for installing toner. We provide fast on-site response for service calls. This program eliminates on-site inventory and staff involvement with consumables management. Also, our clients have access to great rates on new and refurbished printers, multi-function devices and copiers.

“TLC-Total Laser Care” Program

Our “TLC-Total Laser Care” program is designed to minimize on-site inventory. The program includes toner; which is drop-shipped or delivered to a centralized location based off end- user requests. The toner is installed by the end-user. Fast on-site time and materials repair service is available on a fixed-rate labor per repair. Additional, there is the option of free remote monitoring software, which will monitor networked devices’ page counts for trending reports and low toner and service alerts.
